Energy security is one of the critical factors for the sustainability and integrity of society. The balance between energy supply and demand is vital for energy security. To achieve this balance, monitoring, accounting, and management of energy consumption on the demand side is necessary. Nonintrusive load monitoring (NILM) has been established as a good substitute for intrusive submetering, thus becoming a future tool for energy monitoring. In this project, an AI-based algorithm was developed for load disaggregation and device detection at the single point of entry, i.e., the smart meter.
This Home automation system was developed to provide automatic control and monitoring of household devices like Home security, lighting and HVAC systems.
This automated solar-powered streetlight has the capability to track the sun for maximizing battery charging in daylight and auto turn-on and turn-off based on ambient light levels.
Guided a Pakistani Agriculture Processing Company to form a strategy to extend its business operations in Saudi Arabia by establishing a Joint Venture with a Saudi Arabia-based company for exporting, managing, warehousing and selling Pakistan’s rice in KSA.
The project was designed for providing uninterrupted hot water supply throughout winter using mainly solar radiations, solar PV electricity and as a last resort natural gas. This system minimized the use of fossil fuel for residential water heating.
The event aims to help Tech Entrepreneurs understand the needs of Differently abled people and develop technology-based enabling devices for them.

In this project, a prototype of an alternate strategy of supplying clean energy to the mountainous areas and forest terrains. Southeast Asia has a diverse landscape and varied natural resources, including abundant water resources. A study of such regions showed that there is an abundant supply of streams which provides an excellent environment for run-of-river micro-vertical axis water turbines (VAWT). A prototype VAWT was designed and tested. The prototype test results showed that the use of microturbines is a very feasible option considering that the power generation density of the microturbine comes out to be approximately 2100 kWh/year/m2, with minimal adverse effects on the environment.
Design of a commercial large-scale 3D printer with dimensions of 24 feet in length, 4 feet in width, and 10 feet in height, utilizing lead screws for precision movement. This printer is intended for manufacturing car components and potentially full car bodies, revolutionizing the automotive production process.
Heat transfer plate is modelled here to carry out thermo-fluid analysis for a client's thermal management system.
The analysis ensured the component met required industry safety standards and regulations, reducing the risk of product recalls and legal issues. Demonstrating rigorous simulations and testing can enhance consumer confidence in the product’s safety and durability and identifying areas where material can be reduced without compromising strength can lead to cost savings in manufacturing.
